This project presented significant challenges, particularly in securing planning approval. The design brief called for a series of extensions to an existing residential property in central London, comprising one single-storey and two double-storey additions. The vision included rear and side extensions, as well as a basement excavation to accommodate a luxury residential spa. The plans also incorporated comprehensive landscaping of the rear gardens.

The design emphasised contemporary, open-plan living spaces on the ground and lower ground floors. Construction required the development of robust foundations and structural frameworks to support lightweight shell systems. Special attention was given to material selection, ensuring compatibility with the surrounding environment. A key feature of the design was the integration of large retractable screen walls, facilitating a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor spaces.
